Frequently asked questions

Only new messages arriving after you connect it, and only what's needed to classify and reply to them. It uses the minimum Outlook/Gmail permissions required to read and send mail — it can't see or touch anything else in your account.
Every reply is generated from your own knowledge base, and anything below your confidence threshold is held for you instead of sent. You can also turn off auto-send entirely and approve every reply yourself.
A generic autoresponder replies to everything the same way. Inflow AI classifies each email first — a genuine lead, an out-of-scope request, spam, or a suspicious/fraud attempt — and only replies where a reply actually makes sense.
