Inflow AI

Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 August 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Inflow AI, a product operated by Codium Systems (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or connecting an inbox, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the product.

2. What the service does

Inflow AI connects to a business email inbox you authorise, classifies incoming email, and — based on the configuration you set — may send an automated reply, hold the email for your review, or take no action. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring the product’s behaviour (including services offered, tone, and confidence thresholds) to match how you want your business represented.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You must have the authority to connect the email account you link to Inflow AI.
  • You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you configure (services offered, tone, business details) — replies are generated from what you provide.
  • You’re responsible for reviewing held emails in a timely manner; Inflow AI does not act on anything it holds until you do.
  • You won’t use Inflow AI for any unlawful purpose, or to send unsolicited bulk email.

4. Automated replies — no guarantee of accuracy

Inflow AI uses AI-based classification and reply generation. While it’s designed to hold ambiguous, low-confidence, or suspicious emails rather than guess, no automated system is perfect. You can disable automatic sending entirely and review every reply yourself if you prefer full manual control. We are not liable for the content of automatically sent replies that you have configured the system to send without review.

5. Availability

Inflow AI is an early-stage product. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features and pricing may change as the product develops. We’ll make reasonable efforts to notify active users of material changes.

6. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Termination

You may disconnect your inbox and stop using Inflow AI, or delete your account, at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the service, or pose a security risk to us or other users.

8. Limitation of liability

Inflow AI is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including damages resulting from automated replies sent according to your own configuration.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.

10. Contact
